It's time for Prism to grow up. The future versions of Firefox should have Prism embedded into the browser, once activated when bookmarking a site or right clicking a link there should be an option that says "Convert Application".
That being said, we need a "Prism" button in-on the navigation toolbar that could list all active or inactive applications awaiting approval. Another possibility is porting the "Web Apps" folder from the start menu to the Quick Launch. This in itself has proven to be useful when dealing with desktop space for quick access. Screen shot shows how this looks.
Remember this folder will only be active if you choose "Start Menu" link when creating a web app. Otherwise it will be missing from the hard drive as shown below.
Mind you this was tricky. In order for this to work had to create new toolbar, browse to local disk ex. D:\Documents and Settings\Hilla\Start Menu\Programs\Web Apps.
