How to Submit a Concept
Start with a very brief summary of your idea/concept.
Provide additional information as needed, try to add a mockup for your idea.
You can link to external resources (flickr, your blog) as needed.
Make it easy for people to understand your concept and let them know what is needed to further develop this.
